Consultant - Med Tech

IQVIA is looking for a Med Tech Consultant. This role will be working with a team of product owners, analysts, and client service professionals on a data platform delivery team. The team is launching a new med device product that utilizes reference data, patient claims data, and IQVIA ingenuity to deliver insights to our new clients. This position will work between internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementation, understanding, and usage of the product. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Implement and support clients on a platform for claims & reference data

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and gather requirements

• Provide recommendations to clients on approaches to derive data insights

• Work alongside internal teams to support the creation of a new product(s)

• Create, evaluate, and manage documentation between clients and IQVIA to align on requirements and expectations for successful platform usage

• Train clients on platform usage—including assisting in developing clear & effective client training materials

• Manage process flows and workstreams

• Works towards highest standards of client service & engagement management best practices  

• Provide subject matter expertise to client stakeholders and internal IQVIA team regarding data & platform usage

• Serve as the escalation point for unresolved data issues, work with client data managers & internal team members for resolution

• Establish strong communications with internal team, client contacts, and all other stakeholders

• Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience

• Openness to learning about new technologies and acquiring new skills

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry Req
• Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
• Has established network and referral contacts.
• Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given Center of excellence

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,000.00 - $147,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
