Quality Assurance Auditor 2 - Hybrid

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor 2 to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Durham, NC.

As a Quality Assurance Auditor 2, you will plan, conduct, and report assigned quality assurance audits, supporting management in promoting and assessing compliance to regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Planning, scheduling, conducting, reporting, and closing assigned audit activities in any of the countries involved with Q² Solutions contracts.
• Conducting quality assurance activities and projects for clients according to Q² Solutions departmental or customer policies and procedures.
• Assisting in preparation and reviewing of corrective action plans.
• Representing quality assurance program on customer and project teams under the direction of more senior QA staff.
• Documenting and reporting quality and compliance issues to QA management according to required timelines.
• Advising quality assurance management on system audit needs.
• Assisting in hosting customer audits, mock regulatory inspections, and regulatory facility inspections.
• Enhancing and maintaining a working knowledge of relevant GXP regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/primary degree.
• 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area including GCP and/or Quality Assurance experience.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:

• Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Considerable knowledge of GXP regulations and quality assurance auditing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills.
• Ability to initiate assigned tasks and to work independently and manage multiple projects.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $70,900.00 - $106,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
