Senior BioServices Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior BioServices Project Manager to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business as a remote position.

As the Senior BioServices Project Manager, you will be overseeing all project stages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing all stages of projects at Q² Solutions, including method development, validation, and sample analysis.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates and identifying additional business opportunities.
• Conducting project trackers and teleconferences to discuss project progress with clients.
• Coordinating and conducting customer visits to foster business development.
• Working closely with Medical Writing and Quality Assurance to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Keeping track of project progress and budgets, alerting management of any delays.
• Overseeing the budget for assigned projects, ensuring financial targets are met and managing change orders.
• Establishing strong relationships with client project teams, aiming for satisfaction and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field.
• 7+ years’ related experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in GLP laboratory environment.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines (GLP, GCP) and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures, particularly liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry or immunoassay techniques.
• Skills in planning, prioritizing, and managing complex projects with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and follow verbally communicated procedures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $147,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
