Real-World Solutions, Primary Data Collection

Our Primary Data Collection practice helps our customers design and execute an evidence generation strategy conducting different observational studies.

We understand what it takes to develop an evidence generation strategy that maximizes the chances of market access success, we help our customers to generate the evidence in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and we develop and communicate a compelling value story to our customer’s in- and external stakeholders. Our solutions typically span across different expertise areas such as health economics, statistics, pricing and market access and real-world data. We do not have a templated approach to our work so we require people who can work with our customers to design a tailored solution. We are hiring a :

Principal (F/H)

Located in our offices in Courbevoie (FR, 92)

As a Principal you will be able to develop business and implement innovative data-driven solutions with clients. Innovation is at the very core of RWS and this role.

You will be responsible for engaging headquarters clients to develop integrated solutions addressing our customer’s global needs to meet payer evidence requirements, integrating IQVIA’s different offerings including our primary data solutions and secondary data solutions.

You understand both the technical components of late phase studies/phase IV studies as well the market access strategy and your drive is to partner with our clients to provide them solutions across the spectrum from the early planning phase to execution and communication.

Principal Accountabilities

Strategy setting and market building

·Support implementing business vision and objectives and the strategic development of the business of our observational studies

·Identify new opportunities for integrated solutions

·Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships to promote IQVIA market positioning, access to data and relationships with key influencing groups

·Contribute to the development of the IQVIA thought leadership

Client leadership and project delivery

·Consult with customers to fully understand their needs, develop high quality proposals to address these needs and lead project delivery

·Engage senior leaders at key accounts to drive IVA growth opportunities

·Lead teams of RWS professionals in the design, development and delivery of complex projects to a high standard which meet or exceed client expectations

·Engage closely and supervise cross-functional IQVIA teams to ensure the full complement of IQVIA capabilities and solutions reach customers

Desired Skills and Experience

·Leadership experience in Healthcare with focus on real world evidence access including working with senior clients

·A track record of driving HQ/global deals, aligned with suitable offerings development experience

·An established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, and HTA bodies

·Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of health technology assessment, health economic modelling and evidence generation strategy

·A high degree of understanding of the processes underpinning payer evaluation and the factors and drivers which impact product development.

·Proven ability to advance ambiguous or conceptual ideas and engage multiple stakeholders, internal and clients, to decision points

·Managing teams to deliver client work to high quality and standards

·A track record of thought leadership, publications and public speaking

·Leadership experience in complex organizations with demonstrated results in aligning people without formal reporting relationships

·Good understanding of prospective research methods such as Clinical Trials and Observational Research and retrospective research methods such as analyses conducted in healthcare databases

·Word and PowerPoint competent, the ability to develop clear storylines and proposals.

·Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, techniques

·Deep commercial awareness of the healthcare, health technology and pharmaceutical industry, gained through experience

·Understanding of and interest in the international healthcare environment and direct experience in multiple countries

·Fluency in both French & English, verbal and written
