Supports business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services. Develops and implements advertising and publicity campaigns; conducts market research; and identifies and predicts current and future consumer trends. 

Job Overview
Support business goals, objectives and strategies through the use of Web and digital technologies.  Help implement the company's Web strategy and initiatives for one or more marketing or corporate channels.  Ensure Web activities are consistent with the company’s image and quality standards and are aligned with its policies and business strategy.  

Essential Functions
• Implement Web enhancements designed to achieve stated goals and improve visitor experience
• Performs routine property or site maintenance such as publishing, quality reviews, troubleshooting
• Provides project support for Web strategies and plans
• Schedules and tracks user training
• Maintains master lists of user rights, workflows, and processes
• Serve as liaison between department and internal/external groups at all levels
• Train users in how to navigate and use the corporate Web properties and maintain documentation such as Help Desk training, FAQs, etc.
• Provide technical support for Web channels including answering help questions, assisting in training users to perform more complex functions (basic HTML, meta data, etc), and assisting with support for site graphics
• Participate in testing new development or tools
• Executes surveys and respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries as required
• Comply with organization procedures for change requests, development requirements, and project management methodology
• Special projects and administrative support as directed

Qualifications
• Associate's Degree Business, marketing, communication or related field Req
• 3 years of corporate level experience in Web management, corporate communication and/or marketing Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience   Req
• Ability to interact with high-level executives and other managers across global service groups
• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issueses professional concepts
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
