The Associate, Client Development (ACD) is responsible to ensure Client reports and projects are delivered in accordance to the Work Order. Associate, Client Development is responsible for researching competitive information and report enhancements for various parts of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conference Meetings:
  • Establish meeting agenda / timelines
  • Orchestrate team travel
  • Setup and plan Client meetings

  • Client Deliverables:
  • Create and identify reports that are needed for the Client (i.e.: End of Month (EOM), POA, and AMCP)
  • Develop initial report format based on Client’s needs and report updates to Client on regular basis
  • Provide reports to the Clients relative to targeted accounts
  • Implement Data Analytics in reports utilizing: Breakaway Partners, Definitive Healthcare, RJ Health and Gold Standard
  • Manage Gantt Charts timelines with Project Lead and Client
  • Manage Project timelines with Project Lead and team’s calendar
  • Provide and create value added analytics (i.e., Metropolitan Statistical Area reports)
  • Research and Develop Formulary Market Baskets

  • Client Presentations:
  • Work with Project Lead to establish the layout for the presentation
  • Assist NAMs with collecting the information the Project Lead requests
  • Research and validate third party data
  • Format and edit presentations

  • Market Research Support:
    • Participate in Client Discovery calls
    • Assist Project Lead with finalization of the Market Research Questionnaire and Product Profile
    • Manage recruitment process for Market Research projects to ensure interviews are being completed in accordance to the contract
    • Compile interview responses and prepare analysis and for final presentation

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate Degree and 1 years’ relevant experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional travel required

The potential base pay range for this role is 50-72,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
