Patient Ecosystem Platform Offering Manager

Job Summary             

The candidate will join a high profile and talented team, acting as offering manager for various IQVIA™ Patient Analytics Platform offerings. Develops and supports design of offerings as well as marketing strategy, pricing, and enablement of the GTM sales team.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • With a strong understanding of market and customer needs, collaborates with a senior team of resources to optimize the platform portfolio, evaluating requirements for new offering development and investment, and enhancing current offerings.
  • Drives strategic commercial opportunity identification, and means to address, including responsibility in line with the business development plan, profits, and margin.
  • Monitors business development forecast, discrepancies, and propose actions to improve
  • Defines and quantifies market requirements for current and future products
  • Partners with CS leaders to determine how to best create repeatable offerings from innovative solutions.  Translate innovative solutions into repeatable offerings.  Drive the creation of client-facing sales and marketing materials with the support of Marketing and Sales resources.  Evaluate training and process needs for Go-To-Market resources to successfully sell and deliver repeatable offerings.
  • Leads the development of the portfolio of offerings within market access area.  Leads cross functional teams to ensure that the offerings meet customer needs, are economically and technically viable and are deliverable.  Develops and manages cross functional teams, costs and trade-offs to deliver the maximum value from the offering portfolio within agreed development timescales and constraints. 
  • Brings external thought leadership to bear in client environment.  Recognizes impact of developments in industry that may influence IQVIA products, services or trends.  Forecasts trends, identifies potential impacts and applies knowledge to offering development and business line strategy.
  • Creates and maintains multi-year product lifecycle plans to drive increased visibility, value, and utility of new and existing products. 
  • Manages product mix and engages clients and internal teams to minimize risks associated with product transition and or cannibalization. 
  • Provides clarity around roles and proficiencies required to achieve the business case.
  • Serves as Product expert/owner to ensure product uptake, understanding, and utilization for relevant client audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, new offering introductions (ideally combining healthcare content with platform technologies), and market expansion. Requires an in-depth knowledge of Healthcare, Life sciences, and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
