Next Best Action Offering Lead

The Offering Leadwill work with our customers as a trusted advisor to ensure successful project delivery of end-to-end IQVIA Next Best recommendation (decision) engine solutions aiming at improving the efficiency of commercial functions in the Pharmaceutical industry through the use of insight generation and AI/ML technologies. In this position, candidate will work in close relationship with data architects, data/business analysts and technical developers and act as a liaison with customer business stakeholders understanding their strategic goals and providing recommendations on how to achieve them.
As Offering Lead, you will:
·Have a strong understanding of customer engagement, personalization, omnichannel marketing, effectiveness, and insight orchestration through use of recommendation/decision engine solutions
·Be accountable for the overall writing of business requirements and business architecture
·Engage and educate customers on industry best practices for successfully deploying next best programs and how this can be achieved using IQVIA Next Best solution and processes
·Have a good understanding of the data that can produce the business outcomes needed for the business use cases
·Select and determine, based on the customer use cases and objectives (sales increase, marketing / webinar follow-up, …), the best suited IQVIA Next Best algorithm(s) to apply with end-to-end business process perspective in mind.
·Participate in the business development process for IQVIA Next Best solution opportunities as needed.
·Work closely with product team to stay up to date on product releases and provide feedback regarding product roadmap.
Skills & Experience – Must haves
·8+ years' experience with analytics-based consulting role with customer engagement and/or omnichannel marketing focus
·Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical domain, especially commercial including personal and non-personal promotional activity and channel data
·Ability to deliver “business architectures” – starting from data profiling / analysis, defining business rules, define target data models
·Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including strong understanding of change management practices
·Excellent communications, problem solving, functional and technical skills
·Flexible, periodic travel for internal and client meetings
Skills & Experience – Should have / very nice to have
·Data analysis abilities and analytics background– ability to make “data speak” / get insights from data
·Experience with pharma commercial digital transformation initiatives specific to integrations of content, analytics, and channels
·Data science algorithm and techniques understanding is a plus. Understanding of different data science algorithms and techniques such as regression, clustering techniques, language modelling, etc.
·Good knowledge and project experience using Life Science data feeds: One Key, MIDAS, DDD, Xponent, Sales Data (national, subnational, …)
·Understanding of technologies: Snowflake (DWH), Python/ R (NBA)
