Position Summary:

Responsible for the planning, directing, implementation and timely deployment of information systems and technology solutions for the business. Supports information systems and information processes to meet client deliverables. Ensures information security, compliance and proper change management of information systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Expert in the business information systems, data requirements and functionality Oversee information systems and proactively recommend changes to scale to the growth of business, users, and clients Lead technology efforts to include planning, implementation, and assessments Perform data security assessments on proposed or current solutions Lead HIPAA risk assessments for the business and any related remediation items Lead Security assessments for the business Communicate any risks and audit reports to the business leader with solution plans Prepare and present financial analysis for solutions and processes of information systems Responsible for updating business continuity plan and annual testing reports Lead proof of concept and new technology initiatives Audit and ensure compliance of information systems with accreditation and best practices (i.e., ISO 9001, ISO 27001/27002) Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or above Minimum 5 years of related experience Strong MS Office knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare Experience in compliance and data security Knowledge of ISO 9001, 27001, 27002 and GxP standards Experience leading initiatives and projects
