IQVIA is seeking Medical and Behavioral Strategists to join our team. We design and deliver immersive clinical training and engagement tools and experiences.

About theMedical and Behavioral Strategist

Work alongside our Trainingand SolutionsArchitects, Medical Writers,Creative Designers,Project Managers,and Editors– the MBS role contributesclinical and behavioralinsights toensure oursolutionsare clinically and behaviorally informed experiencesfor clinical training and engagement. 

We’ll look to this role for theirdeep clinical and behavioral science expertiseand they’ll be highly involved in thecreation of engagement and training strategies for individual client projects.Our Medical and Behavioral Strategists partner with Training and Solutions Architectswho lead thestrategy for client projectsandprovide deep expertise in medical education training and engagement. 

Helpshape an effective training strategy based on behavioral insights andchampion solutions from concept to executionthat effectivelyand functionallymeet the clinical need

Interface directly with physician leadstohelpinterpretthe clinical need andserve asa bridge betweenthis needand ourmedical writers andcreative designers.

Help assess our experiences post event to gatherandmeasureinsights. Look to continually refine strategies for deeper efficacy and engagementbased on behavioral science.

This position is home-based withfrequent virtualmeetingsandcollaboration with aglobally-distributedteamat IQVIAandwith our clients

Who YouAre

Credentialed:

You hold a PhDor mastersinasocial science field such as health communications, psychology, behavioral science, or related.You enjoy interfacing with key opinion leaders and clinical experts but also sharing your deep knowledge with others who do not have medical backgrounds.

Seasoned:

You have extensive pharmaceutical or medical experience where you have created medical contentand strategiesto explain complex concepts and bring ideas and patient stories to life.

Empathetic:

Youcanempathize with individuals including a diverse global audience of physicians and care teams who are passionate about exploring new treatments for patients and improving the health of their communities.You are interested in researching and strategizingsolutions appropriate forthe many regions in which our trainings are held.

Resourceful:

You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find solutions.
