Global Data Business Partner

Scope – Part of the French HQ Account Hub working closely with the GAD’s on two key accounts


  • Global Business Partner for Information
    • End to end leadership of IQVIA’s Information business including but not limited to:
      • Protecting base business
        • Ensuring maximum value and utilisation of Information across the enterprise
        • Early Identification of risks or cancellations and development of strategies to mitigate
      • Renewing base business
        • Oversight and strategy development for all information renewals
      • Understanding data strategy to enable expansion into new markets or new offerings
      • Leveraging data assets to provide insights to enable further business development focus across account team (Global/Regional/Local)
  • Innovation
    • Leverage inputs to inform future IQVIA global data strategy
    • Leverage Information to enhance/expand/inform ongoing engagements in innovative ways
    • Identify innovative approaches from across other IQVIA accounts and broader

  • Operational Leadership
    • Ownership of Internal and External reporting on Data business for governance meetings
      • Financial metrics
      • SRM KPI reporting
      • Operational excellence KPI’s
    • Contribute to the account planning and budgeting processes
    • Contracting and MSA support
    • Sharing best practice, learnings across account teams (Global/Regional/Local)
    • Identify areas for operation efficiency and improvement
    • Supporting dispute resolution and or client satisfaction issues where necessary

  • Customer Experience
    • Improve customer experience across the enterprise
      • Ensure improvement in ease of doing business
      • Instil culture of proactivity
      • Create knowledge sharing hub
      • Clearly defined escalation routes to enable swift resolution
    • Serve as first line escalation point for issues related to Information

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 4/5 years’ experience, within Consulting, Customer Success, Data services…
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Exposure to international business relations and multicultural environment
  • Strong Analytics skills
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Able to work both on autonomy and as part of an account team
  • Excellent customer service skills.
