Our Consulting Services team offer end-to-end management consulting in key issues areas that include: business unit, therapy area, brand strategy, portfolio strategy, launch strategy, pricing & market access, digital health and AI/ML consulting.

Knowledge management is at the heart of all we do in Consulting Services.  We need to share content and learnings throughout our team and beyond to enhance our expertise and improve efficiency, in a client-sensitive manner. 

Role Purpose:

As Knowledge Management / Operational Effectiveness Specialist you will be:

  • Working directly with the EMEA Knowledge & Development Strategy Lead, as well as closely with other members of the US/MX and EMEA Consulting Services teams

  • Enhancing your colleagues’ knowledge base and expertise of the team

  • Impacting the business through improved efficiencies and consistency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own & manage the global CS Hub on Sharepoint and its sub-sites, including day-to-day management & uploads

  • Connect with global CS stakeholders to understand varied needs 

  • Curate content and offer design solutions to evolve & grow the Hub, addressing varied and global needs

  • Design & build new sub-pages as required

  • Drive content sharing culture in CS & own internal and ‘external’ (to whole CS team) communications, including KM newsletter

  • Perform content audits on CS Hub annually

  • Collaborate with CIO on tech issues/updates

Experience & Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) including experience communicating with senior leaders

  • Experience with the following systems:

    • Advanced: SharePoint (including managing security permissions, lists & creating landing pages)

    • Proficient: Outlook

    • Proficient: MS-PowerPoint

    • Skilled: MS-Excel

  • 2+ years’ experience in knowledge management or related area

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking expertise; solution-orientated

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work

  • Project management experience

  • Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills

  • Able to work across different time zones; prior experience in working with remotely-based teams
