Principal Accountabilities:
This position primary accountability is to balance delighting the client with a seamless integration of multiple internal workstreams and reporting structures indicative of a large organization, such as IQVIA. 
Role & Responsibilities:
•    Draft project documentation including as-is and to-be process, process narrative, change management documents, standard operating procedures, forms and work instructions.
•    Manage and track the review and approval of documents through the project.
•    Ensure that all documents are accurate, consistent with internal style guidelines, and consistent regarding clarity, flow, organization, completeness, accuracy, readability, and/or appropriateness.
•    Author, revise and reconcile documentation e.g. procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
•    Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements
•    Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs
•    Driving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how they will successfully execute their plans
•    Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills
•    Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts
•    Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units
•    Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications
•    Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow
•    Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required
•    Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle
•    Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description
•    Conferring with project managers and system architects to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.
Duties:
•    Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
•    Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
•    Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations to existing systems
•    Ensuring the system design is perfect as per the needs of the users
•    Helping in developing a comprehensive change in management strategy for the court
•    Maintaining wizard-driven configuration tables in the case management system
•    Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system
•    Assisting technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff
•    Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned systems module
•    Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff. Workshop organization and facilitation
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
•    Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge
•    In depth knowledge of master data management processes, system, and integrations.
•    Strong knowledge of MDM systems including Reltio, Informatica, Veeva Network or Commercial Data Warehousing (CDH) systems including Snowflake, Azure, Redshift. 
•    7+ years of Business Analysis experience
•    In Depth knowledge of Computer system lifecycle and validation.
•    Familiarity with business analysis professional best practices IIBA/BCS certification highly desirable. •Influencing and Innovation skills. Education requirements
•    Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Commercial Pharma Industry
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills
•    4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree 
•    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Excel as well as collaboration tools such as SmartSheet, JIRA, and SharePoint.
•    Strong SQL skills 
•    Agile / User Stories / Backlog 
•    Jira / Confluence 
•    Business acumen 
•    Challenge, negotiation and influence
•    Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management 

Additional Requirements:

Travel required: 3-4 days a month or more as required; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
