Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Finance Shared Services Reporting and Analytics team, to advance the organization’s management strategies by meeting the needs of internal clients by preparing and presenting proposals, coordination, and management of projects for automations and reporting. You will oversee multiple projects, identifying any potential issues and resolving these as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Managing small team of specialists, project managers

• Responsible for JIRA Center of Excellence, reporting on project statuses

• Cooperation with automation, analytics and process improvement team

• Responsible for organization, presentations and marketing materials of Automation&Reporting&Process improvement team in Financial Shared Services

• Monitor and control projects status and progress

• Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of project documentation

• Implement best practices for project management within the department

• Design a training program in project management

• Find opportunities for improvements, take personal leadership to make a proposal and initiate implementation.

Requirements:

• University degree (or equivalent), preferably in finance/accounting/economics

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as Project Manager

• Managerial experience required

• Financial background advantage required

• Shared services background advantage

• Big corporation prior experience advantage

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• Fluency in English is essential (written and oral)

• Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to meet strict deadlines; manage competing priorities and changing demands

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligences.

• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

• A strong advantage is a background in data management, reporting, analytics / business intelligence and data warehousing, preferable in Finance shared services area
