Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision.
Problems faced are routine.
1-3 years of IIS, .Net application support, SQL/Oracle, Windows Server + ITIL
Should have very good experience in production support of application runs on Windows and Oracle DB.
Manage various .net applications and websites.
Performance monitoring of Webserver – IIS
Have provided technical support (L3)
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities on production servers (Windows) after hours
Should have very good experience in troubleshooting, independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Should have exp on SQL Server DB support
Good understanding on traditional SDLC
Coordination experience with application vendors for L3/L4 support
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Experience of 24x7 support for critical production systems.
Have used ITSM tool to manage support process
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions
Develop and implement solution validation plans
Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans
Build training materials for the implemented solutions
Train customers on the implemented solutions
Participate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements
Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
Working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment
• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements
• Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req
• Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref
• Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate
• Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate
• Process documentation skills Intermediate
• Validation documentation and execution skills
